Integrating awareness into your organisation, venue or visitor experience can be done in several ways. The most straightforward option is to arrange for an awareness team or floor angel deployment at your event, allowing your visitors to engage with education and harm reduction without being taken out of the event experience, as well as integrating it into your (promotional) communication.
In the long term it may be advisable to have the crew itself trained, or to work towards having an own team.
If your organisation is interested in finding out how you can integrate awareness into your structure or visitor experience, Awarenessteam.nl provides free in-person or remote consultation through the Valkyrie Foundation, where we can discuss the needs and options for your organisation, and provide advice and referrals where neccessary.
